Options for Changes

Poplar Grove has proved to be the perfect home for us. However, the site was selected and landscaped and the home was constructed to provide a basis for an extensive number of easy and practical modifications. Perhaps most important was the design of the lower level, including the two secluded bedrooms (one with a private patio overlooking the new stand of poplars, holes nine and eighteen, the putting green, the driving range, the clubhouse, the Longhouse Restaurant, and the first tee). Minor modifications could add a mini-kitchen for an in-law suite and convert the unfinished basement into a game room or a similar option.
